Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

Manage the offer and negotiation process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
