Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and goals
Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to source qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and alignment with organizational values
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external partners
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate assessment
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
