We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Heritage Talent Scout. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier professionals who share our vision and commitment to historical preservation and community engagement. Your primary goal will be to build a team of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to preserving Sicily's rich heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative strategies to source and attract heritage advocates and preservation experts.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Utilize a variety of channels to attract talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and alignment with our organization's values.
Coordinate the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Participate in recruitment events and represent the Noto Community Historical Preservation Society professionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the heritage preservation or cultural sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Passion for history, culture, and community engagement.
