Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Talent Cultivation Specialist to play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing top talent for our organization. As a Talent Cultivation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to attract and retain skilled individuals who are passionate about cultural heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates who align with our values and goals.
Collaborate with team members to create engaging onboarding programs for new hires.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
