We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our dynamic team at Ceuta Youth Development Center in Spain. We are currently looking for a Youth Development and Wellness Specialist to help empower and inspire the youth in our community. As a Youth Development and Wellness Specialist in our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative programs that promote holistic well-being and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops and activities focused on mental health and self-care
- Collaborate with community partners to provide resources and support for youth development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Mentor and support youth in achieving their personal and educational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working with youth in a counseling or mentorship capacity
- Passion for promoting mental health and wellness among young individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
