Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Multicultural Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent from diverse backgrounds to contribute to our company's growth and success. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multicultural recruitment strategies
- Source and attract diverse candidates using various channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in diversity hiring

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multicultural environment
- Strong understanding of diversity recruiting best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and French
