We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent to support our mission of fighting hunger and strengthening communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
