In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent to support our mission of fighting hunger and strengthening communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
