We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as a Community Engagement Director for the City of Maryland Heights. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community and shape the future of our city.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster collaboration and communication within the community
Coordinate outreach programs and initiatives to connect with residents and local organizations
Facilitate partnerships with nonprofit organizations and government agencies to support community development
Plan and execute community events to promote civic participation and community pride
Oversee public relations efforts and media communications to enhance community awareness and engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in community outreach, nonprofit management, or government relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire community involvement
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for community advocacy and empowerment
