As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections with our local community and enhancing tourism initiatives across the region.

Your Role:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage with the community and promote tourism activities.
Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and government agencies to support our mission.
Organize and lead community events, workshops, and outreach programs to increase awareness of Sicily's cultural heritage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of tourism projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or public outreach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for promoting local culture, heritage, and sustainable tourism practices.
