FlevoThuiszorg is seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Wellness Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and attention to our clients in Flevoland, Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting wellness assessments and developing personalized care plans
- Administering beauty and healthcare treatments with a focus on holistic well-being
- Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in wellness care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty/healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
- Certification in relevant courses or programs is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch and English
