Your Role:
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, and recommend qualified candidates for job opportunities.
- Manage recruitment processes efficiently and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
