Position Available:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Advocate to join our dynamic team. This position involves championing diversity initiatives, fostering inclusivity, and promoting equitable access to technology resources for all community members.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the center's programs and services.
Collaborate with community stakeholders to ensure that technology initiatives are accessible and inclusive for all populations.
Organize educational workshops and events that celebrate diversity and promote cultural understanding.
Advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology-related policies and practices within the region.
Conduct outreach activities to engage underrepresented communities and individuals.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in community outreach or advocacy preferred.
Knowledge of technology-related issues and challenges facing diverse populations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
