Role Overview:

As a Cultural Engagement Specialist at Metlifecare, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that celebrate diversity within our company. You will effectively communicate with various cultural groups, enhancing our understanding of different customs, traditions, and perspectives. Your role will involve collaborating with our internal teams to foster an inclusive environment and promote cultural awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cultural engagement programs and events
Facilitate communication and collaboration between diverse employee groups
Provide guidance on cultural awareness and sensitivity
Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion strategies

Requirements:
