Your responsibilities will include developing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, managing job offers, and fostering strong relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
Full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process and enhance efficiencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
