Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Screen and interview potential candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to source and engage potential candidates
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding
Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and industry professionals
Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand through outreach and engagement activities
Stay informed about market trends, competitor practices, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and MS Office Suite
Strong understanding of employment law, regulations, and compliance standards
Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
