Position: Sustainable Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies aligned with our company's social responsibility goals
Source, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify candidates who align with our company's values and culture
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively seeking diverse candidates and promoting an inclusive work environment
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related role
Strong knowledge of sustainable recruitment practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Passion for social responsibility and environmental sustainability
Fluency in English and Spanish
