Wingate by Wyndham in Nevada is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to fuel our innovative and vibrant company culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
