Wingate by Wyndham in Nevada is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to fuel our innovative and vibrant company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
