Angers Winegrowers Association in the Pays de la Loire region of France is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Property Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for the association
- Develop strategies for property development and enhancement
- Manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in property development and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with zoning regulations and building codes
