Job Title: Talent Cultivator
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the drama therapy field
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse and skilled team
- Collaborating with team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
- Conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills, and managing the hiring process
- Implementing effective onboarding programs for new team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the arts or therapy sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
