The Royal Edinburgh Society for the Blind (RESB) is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospitality Service Manager.

Job Description:

  • Lead the provision of top-tier customer service in our guest facilities
  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of guest services
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, banquets, and other functions
  • Supervise staff members and provide training and support when necessary
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences
