- Collaborate with internal teams to align community engagement efforts with organizational goals
- Constantly assess and improve engagement strategies based on data and feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools for community engagement purposes
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in local communities
