Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create personalized development plans.
Lead initiatives to promote a culture of learning and career advancement within the organization.
Partner with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless transition from talent acquisition to talent development.
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in talent development, employee training, or related areas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
