Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community outreach programs to improve the livelihoods of local residents
Collaborate with local leaders and organizations to identify areas for development and growth
Facilitate educational workshops and training sessions to empower community members
Evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives, and provide regular progress reports
Stay updated on relevant government policies and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field
Proven experience in community development or related work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for community engagement and fostering positive change
