Role Overview:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across various departments.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a broad range of candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring fair and equitable hiring practices.
Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and diversity networks.
Drive employer branding initiatives to showcase our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or multicultural setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to innovate and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract talent from various backgrounds.
Knowledge of diversity recruitment best practices and a genuine passion for creating inclusive workplaces.
Experience in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
