Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
