In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and recruiting top-tier professionals to drive the collective's mission forward in the vibrant music industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and craft job descriptions.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates and industry partners.
Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements:

Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the music or creative industry.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Passionate about music and the arts.
