Syngenta, a global leader in agriculture, is seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to join our team as a Cultural Inclusion Specialist. As a vital member of our People and Culture department, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company fosters an environment that celebrates and values diversity. This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive initiatives promoting cultural awareness, inclusion, and equity throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to attract diverse talent to the organization
- Collaborate with managers to create inclusive and equitable hiring and promotion processes
- Lead cultural awareness programs and initiatives, including training and workshops
- Advise on company policies and practices to ensure they align with our commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Provide guidance and support to employees through mentorship programs and resource groups
- Evaluate and report on the company's cultural inclusion initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence change across an organization
- Knowledge of cultural issues and trends within the workplace
- Experience partnering with employee resource groups and diverse communities
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
