As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting exceptional individuals who embody the vision and values of Legacy Reserves. Your expertise in workforce planning, candidate sourcing, and strategic talent acquisition will be instrumental in shaping our organization's future.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to fill various positions across the organization.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
Utilize creative sourcing methods and the latest recruitment technologies to attract diverse, highly skilled candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and make data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
Champion our employer brand through engaging job postings, social media initiatives, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying and securing top-tier talent.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enhancing your ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing and effectively managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
