Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to fill various positions across the organization.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods and the latest recruitment technologies to attract diverse, highly skilled candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and make data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Champion our employer brand through engaging job postings, social media initiatives, and participation in industry events.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in talent acquisition, with a focus on identifying and securing top-tier talent.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enhancing your ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing and effectively managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
