We are Hiring: Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist
Ceuta Animal Rights Advocates is expanding our team with a focus on strengthening our organizational capacity. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best-suited candidates who align with our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels and networking
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
