Civic Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to promote civic participation and community involvement
Organize events and outreach programs to connect with citizens and gather feedback
Collaborate with local organizations to support initiatives that benefit the community
Analyze data and feedback to improve civic engagement efforts
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and inclusivity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for civic participation and community development
