Job Description:
- Implement innovative strategies to attract, develop, and retain top artistic talent
- Design and execute programs that enhance the skills and creativity of our community members
- Collaborate with artists, educators, and experts to create a dynamic learning environment
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within our artistic community
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Human Development, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in talent development, coaching, or community engagement
- Passion for nurturing creativity and unlocking artistic potential
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
