As a Sustainability Development Specialist, your role will involve researching, planning, and implementing strategies to promote eco-friendly tourism initiatives that preserve and enhance the natural beauty of Aosta Valley. You will work closely with local communities, businesses, and government entities to foster a culture of environmental stewardship and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sustainability projects and programs that align with the Department's eco-regeneration goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for green tourism initiatives that benefit both the environment and local communities.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate ecological footprints.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and provide reports on progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Conservation Management, or Sustainable Development.
Proven experience in sustainability, environmental management, or eco-tourism.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
