We are a dynamic and growing company based in the heart of Sicily, Italy, dedicated to promoting Sicilian language and culture through education. Currently, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our team in the role of Innovation Catalyst and Talent Curator.

About the Role:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies for talent acquisition and development.
Identify, attract, and engage with top talent in the field of Sicilian language and cultural education.
Collaborate with team members to design and execute creative recruitment and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a network of industry professionals and experts.
Design and implement effective talent sourcing and selection processes.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hire.
Create and manage talent development programs to foster growth and retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and development.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
