About the Role:

We are currently looking for an Innovation Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying top talent in the agricultural sector who possess a drive for innovation and a vision for the future of farming.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the organization and source candidates accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
