Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Design and execute leadership development programs to nurture internal talent.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
