We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Community Welfare Specialist at Caritasverband der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart e.V. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various community welfare programs to ensure the well-being of individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community welfare initiatives to support vulnerable populations.
- Collaborate with government agencies, nonprofits, and community partners to address social issues.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of welfare programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Advocate for policy changes to enhance social welfare services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in community welfare, social services, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community.
