We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Community Welfare Specialist at Caritasverband der Diözese Rottenburg-Stuttgart e.V. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various community welfare programs to ensure the well-being of individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community welfare initiatives to support vulnerable populations.
Collaborate with government agencies, nonprofits, and community partners to address social issues.
Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance and resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of welfare programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in community welfare, social services, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
