Flims Laax Falera Bergbahnen AG is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sustainability and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team in Graubünden, Switzerland. This position plays a key role in driving our sustainability initiatives while engaging with the local community to foster strong relationships and partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives
Engage with key stakeholders to promote sustainable practices
Create and manage community outreach programs and events
Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and community impact

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
3+ years of experience in sustainability or community engagement roles
Excellent communication and project management skills
Passion for sustainability and community development
