Job Description:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels
Drive the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Manage relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
