Position Overview:

As a Sustainability Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing sustainable recruitment and human resources strategies. Your role will involve developing and executing initiatives that enhance environmental responsibility and social impact within the workforce.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable recruitment strategies to attract environmentally conscious talent
Design and execute initiatives that promote a sustainable work environment
Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability practices into human resources processes
Evaluate and enhance our social responsibility efforts within the recruitment and HR realms

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable recruitment, environmental initiatives, or social responsibility
Strong understanding of sustainable HR practices and policies
Excellent communication and project management skills
A passion for creating positive social and environmental impact through HR processes
