Job Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies to meet the organization's needs.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the social services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
