Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
