Position Overview:
As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening relationships with various community stakeholders, including local organizations, government agencies, and non-profit partners. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and participation in our programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners
- Develop and execute community engagement plans and initiatives
- Organize events and activities to promote community involvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Evaluate and report on the impact of community engagement efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in community engagement or related areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Passionate about social impact and community development
