Responsibilities:

Design and implement employee development programs that align with the company's goals and values
Conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for skill development
Collaborate with stakeholders to create individualized development plans for employees
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Provide coaching and mentorship to support employees in reaching their full potential
Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proven experience in employee development, talent management, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
