  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish recruitment goals
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and qualifications
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and social media to attract diverse candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
