Responsibilities:

Source, attract, and recruit top talent in line with ACA's strategic objectives
Design and implement recruiting strategies to fill positions efficiently
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and establish recruitment goals
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure cultural fit and qualifications
Manage job postings on various platforms and social media to attract diverse candidates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
