Your Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our growth by finding and attracting top talents to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies
Source candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
Manage the full recruitment process from application to hire
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong decision-making skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
