Kimberley Technical Training Centre in the heart of Northern Cape is looking for a passionate and innovative Culinary Experience Curator to join our dynamic team. About the Role:

Plan, coordinate, and execute unique culinary events, working closely with our talented kitchen staff and event management team.
Develop and curate diverse menus that showcase local flavors and global influences, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience for our guests.
Stay updated on current food trends and industry innovations to consistently elevate our offerings, setting new standards for culinary excellence.
Collaborate with local suppliers to source the finest and freshest ingredients, maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-volume culinary environment, demonstrating a strong grasp of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating presentation.
Passion for experimenting with new ingredients and cooking methods, along with a thorough understanding of dietary restrictions and special dietary requirements.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues and vendors.
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices at all times.
Certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but not mandatory.
