We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to take on the essential role of Director of Community Engagement & Outreach.

As the Director of Community Engagement & Outreach, you will lead our efforts to establish and maintain strong connections with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that promote understanding and collaboration between various parties to support the advancement of agricultural initiatives across the Agder og Rogaland region.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for community involvement, overseeing outreach programs, and fostering relationships that align with the cooperative's vision and values. You will also serve as a liaison between the cooperative and regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in organizing public events, educational workshops, and public relations campaigns to enhance the cooperative's visibility and impact.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of community engagement, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successful outreach and partnership development. A strong background in agricultural or nonprofit sectors is highly desirable.
