Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team in Geneva. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for global health and a keen understanding of talent identification and acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent while contributing to our mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective and fair hiring practices to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities, to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global recruitment initiatives and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the non-profit, public health, or international development sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods and recruitment tools to identify top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
