Nordwestdeutscher Rundfunk (NDR), based in Bremen, is searching for a motivated and experienced professional to join the dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various channels and platforms for candidate outreach and engagement
Screen and evaluate incoming resumes and applications
Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and social media for sourcing
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
