We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist and Storyteller to join the vibrant team at Duke-NUS Medical School within our dynamic Central South Region. Responsibilities:

Devise and implement a compelling content strategy that aligns with our institutional goals
Create engaging and persuasive stories that capture the essence of our medical school's achievements and breakthroughs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across various platforms
Lead and mentor a team of talented content creators, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence
Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of content initiatives, refining strategies based on performance metrics and audience insights

Requirements:

Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies within an academic, healthcare, or research-focused environment
Exceptional storytelling prowess, with a keen ability to convey complex medical concepts in an accessible and compelling manner
Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and empowering a creative team
Proficiency in leveraging various communication channels and digital platforms to amplify the reach and impact of our content
